how does the unlimited by boost plan work?

Maintaining your account
On the day your Unlimited by Boost service is activated, your monthly payment date is set and will be that same day every month. Your Unlimited by Boost service will remain active as long as you pay your monthly payment amount by your monthly payment date. Your monthly payment amount is comprised of your plan amount, Add-Ons and taxes/fees. We'll send you reminders to avoid late payments.
Calling from your home calling area
For a flat rate, call anyone, anytime, as much as you want—from your home calling area. You'll need to have enough money in your account to cover your monthly payment (including taxes and fees) before it is due. Add money to cover things like ringtones or traveling charges, which are charged as you buy them.
Paying for your service

You can add money at any authorized retail location. Find a location here, or use the Re-Boost Locator on your handset.

Remember, Unlimited by Boost customers are responsible for paying taxes and applicable fees associated with their service plan beginning February 1st, 2008. Customers making payments on or after February 1st, need to include enough funds to cover their monthly payment amount which is the total of the plan amount + Add-Ons + applicable taxes (including sales taxes). You can also use a credit card, debit card or electronic check (eCheck) to make faster one-time payments online or through your phone. You'll need to register your way to pay online through ‘My Account', or by dialing #ADD (#233) from your Boost handset, or with Unlimited by Boost Customer Care at 1-877-TLK-MORE.

Auto Re-Boost®: Setting up easy automatic payments
The easiest way to pay is to register your credit card, debit card or electronic check (eCheck) and request Boost Mobile to automatically process your Unlimited by Boost monthly payment amount plus applicable taxes and fees every month on your monthly payment date. Sign up now for Auto Re-Boost.
Checking your balance
Just dial #BAL (#225) from your handset. You can also check your monthly payment date and add funds to your account with your registered way to pay.
Remembering your payment date
We'll send you a text message before your monthly payment date. That way, you'll always remember to add money to your account.

For just $5/month, you can add an Extended Home Calling Area to your plan. With an Extended Home Calling Area, you can make unlimited calls from an even larger calling area.
A deal on Unlimited by Boost features
For just $10 extra dollars per month, you can have unlimited text messaging and Wireless Web. It's the best way to get the most out of your Unlimited by Boost service.
Keep in touch with friends
Add Boost loopt to use your GPS Enabled handset to automatically update the location of friends in your network. And with Boost Hookt, you can connect with over 15 million users in the Hookt network.
Get great rates on international calling and texting
With calling rates as low as 5¢/min, making international calls is a great deal. And international texting is free to receive and only 15¢/msg to send. View the full list of international calling rates.

Taxes and applicable fees will be included in monthly payments due on or after February 1, 2008. Customers must have enough funds to cover their monthly payment amount which is the total of the plan amount + Add-Ons + applicable taxes (including sales taxes).

The Walkie-Talkie feature is currently not available with Unlimited by Boost®.

Payments are made for Unlimited by Boost® by adding funds to your account; does not include incidentals (e.g., wireless entertainment, traveling charges, downloads). This account balance is decreased as monthly payments are due and services not included in the monthly plans are used, including, but not limited to, nationwide traveling, international calls and text messaging charges; directory assistance is $1.29/call, plus 15¢/minute if you are traveling outside of your home calling area. Your monthly payment date will be the day of the month that you activate service. In months where that day of the month does not exist, your monthly payment date will be the last day of that month. Your account balance must contain funds equal to or greater than the monthly payment amount by the end of your monthly payment date (according to your time zone) or service may be interrupted due to non-payment. Your monthly payment amount is the total of the plan amount + Add-Ons + applicable taxes (including sales taxes). State and local taxes vary by area: some areas could be up to 22% but in most areas less than 8%. Taxes are calculated based on the USPS address you provide. Your payment must be made in full within one month of service interruption to resume service or your account and service will be cancelled. When your account is cancelled, you will lose all funds in your account balance and your Unlimited by Boost® telephone number. A $15 reactivation fee will apply. Traveling rates will also apply to secondary calls accepted via call waiting or initiated via 3-way calling when you are outside of your home calling area. Your account balance cannot exceed $300. Calls to international locations will incur additional charges. Prices, rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change. Wireless Web usage is not available with Unlimited Talk and Unlimited Talk & Text Plans. Check boostmobile.com or Unlimited by Boost® Customer Care for current information.
