Signing up for the Premium Plan
New customers can sign up directly for the Premium Plan online through ‘Activate' and existing customers can upgrade from Basic Pay As You Go through 'My Account'.
Maintaining your account
Your Monthly Re-Boost date is set as the same day of the month your service was activated. Each month, make sure you have enough money in your account to cover your monthly payment amount on your Monthly Re-Boost date. In addition, you'll need to maintain a non-zero Prepaid Credit Balance to cover additional services used. If you miss a payment or if your Prepaid Credit Balance hits zero, your service will default to Basic Pay As You Go.
Adding money to your account
It's easy to recharge and stay connected. Boost Mobile has all the options for you to add money to your account, your way.
Using Auto Re-Boost®
Once you've registered a credit/debit card or bank account, you can set up automatic payments. It’s called Auto Re-Boost and it’s the easiest way to add money to your Boost account. Boost automatically charges your Monthly Re-Boost amount, plus $5.01, on your Monthly Re-Boost date. If your Prepaid Credit Balance falls below $5, Boost will automatically replenish the balance with a $15 Auto Re-Boost (the $15 will be spent only if you purchase services not included with the Premium Plan).

ALL PAY AS YOU GO PLANS: Calls from in and around the following areas will be billed according to the Eastern Time Zone: Evansville, IN; Hopkinsville, KY; Paducah, KY. Pay As You Go options and Premium Plan only available for customers accessing services on the Nextel National Network. $1/Day Chat Plan and $1/Day Nationwide Boost Walkie-Talkie are charged separately.

PREMIUM PLAN: Subject to change. Calls to Boost Mobile directory assistance, including calls made to 411 and other directory assistance numbers, incur a charge of $1.29 per call plus applicable National Cellular Call Rates. Other surcharges may apply. Offer available nationwide in areas where Boost Mobile service is available. International dialing capabilities are only enabled by calling Boost Customer Care. See the International Rates in ‘Plans and Services' at boostmobile.com. A nonzero Prepaid Credit Balance is required at all times for access to any Boost services, except 911 and Boost Customer Care. Cancellations of the Premium Plan will become effective as of the date of the next regularly scheduled Monthly Re-Boost® charge; any remaining Prepaid Credit Balance will be forfeited upon cancellation. Or, an account owner may affirmatively request that Boost Customer Care immediately cancel the Premium Plan and convert any remaining Prepaid Credit Balance to the Basic Pay As You Go rate plan. No cash refunds of any Monthly Re-Boost® charges or Prepaid Credit Balance. Boost Mobile Terms and Conditions (See ‘My Account' at boostmobile.com or on the handset) apply to all Premium, Chat, and Basic Pay As You Go rate plans. Customers who migrate to the Premium Plan described will forfeit the right to participate in any former Premium Plan/Premium Prepaid offers. If your Monthly Re-Boost® fails, your monthly service will be converted to regular Basic Pay As You Go service. If you want to re-subscribe to the Premium Plan, you will need to reauthorize and you will only be eligible for the plans described. Customers subscribing to Premium Plan prior to 9/6/06 will remain on the former Premium Plan. Re-Boost Monthly Payments: Money can be added to the Prepaid Credit Balance through any existing Re-Boost channel for customers electing to pay for the Premium Plan. Customer is responsible for maintaining account balance to cover service plan costs, the cost of extra services (e.g., ringtones), and costs associated with exceeding your plan minutes. Credit Card (Automatic) Monthly Payments: Valid major credit card required. Only one (1) credit card may be registered for any Boost telephone number; limit of one (1) Boost telephone number per credit card. Requires online or handset authorization of the recurring Monthly Re-Boost Access Fee and an automatic $15 Auto Re-Boost transaction when the Prepaid Credit Balance is $5 or less. Limit of 7 Auto Re-Boost transactions per 28 day period. Re-Boost Cards cannot be applied when using this payment method.
