How does the Daily Chat & Text work?

Signing up for the Daily Chat & Text
For new and existing Basic customers, subscribe to the Daily Chat & Text by calling Boost Customer Care at 1-888-BOOST-4U (1-888-266-7848).
Maintaining your account
Keep enough money in your account at all times to cover the recurring $1 daily subscription fee (deducted each calendar day) plus any additional services used. Recharge at least once every 90 days to keep your account active (after 90 days any credit balance will expire). Once you hit a zero credit balance, you have 60 days to recharge and keep your service active and account open.
Adding money to your account
It's easy to recharge and stay connected. Boost Mobile® has all the options for you to add money to your account, your way.
Using Auto Re-BoostSM
Once you've registered a credit/debit card or bank account, you can set up automatic payments. It's called Auto Re-BoostSM and it's the easiest way to keep your service active. You select a preferred amount that will be automatically added to your account when your balance drops below $5. Just set it up once, and you're done.
Checking your balance
Just dial #BAL (#225) from your phone to make a free call and get your account balance instantly.

A nonzero Prepaid Credit Balance is required at all times to access any Boost services, except 911 and Boost Customer Care. $1/DAY CHAT PLAN: Initial charge $1/Day will be deducted from the account immediately upon subscription to the service; $1/day charge will deduct automatically each day (at 12:01 am in the customerÕs time zone and including weekends), regardless of usage, unless the customer calls Boost Mobile Customer Care to cancel. Customers must call Boost by 10:59 pm PST to avoid charges for the next day. $3/line fee applies when switching to Pay As You Go. If the account has insufficient funds, any amounts remaining in the account will be deducted and service will be interrupted until customer adds funds to the account.
